T-Bone Steak with Garlic Butter Tenderstem® broccoli

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Toss the potato cubes in 1 tbsp the oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking tray and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and brown.

For the garlic butter: Combine the butter, garlic and chopped parsley and refrigerate until firm.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Season the T-bone steaks with salt and pepper and add to the searing hot pan. For a medium cooked steak, fry for 2-3 minutes per side then remove from the pan and leave to rest for 2 minutes.

Blanch the Tenderstem® broccoli in a pan of boiling water for 20-30 seconds and transfer straight to the frying pan used to cook with steak. Add 1 tsp of the garlic butter and lightly fry to coat the Tenderstem® broccoli in the garlic butter.

Serve the steak with the remaining garlic butter, roasted potatoes and Tenderstem® broccoli.
